As a busy mum pursuing an MSc in Nutrition, I am passionate about baking sourdough bread for the Farnham community and surrounding villages in Surrey. My bread is made with regenerative organic Shipton Mill flour and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a wholesome and nutritious choice for those who love artisan sourdough.

FAQ's
What days do you sell bread? From 3 March 2025, I will sell bread on a Tuesday and Friday with collection from 1pm-2:30pm from my home. Payment is made on collection by cash or contactless card payment.
What ingredients do you use for your sourdough bread? There are only 4 ingredients in the sourdough bread - bread flour, water, salt and sourdough starter (which is made from flour and water and naturally occurring yeast from the air).
What suppliers do you use for your sourdough bread? I use regenerative organic flour from Shipton Mill and the salt from The Cornish Sea Salt Company. Organic regenerative flour is made from grains grown using sustainable farming that improves soil health, biodiversity, and carbon storage. It goes beyond organic by restoring ecosystems while producing nutrient-rich grains.
Why is your bread more expensive than supermarkets and some well known artisan high street stores? I am a small micro baker currently using a conventional home oven. It takes me 3 days to make the bread for you and I'm passionate about using only the best quality ingredients in these sourdough loaves.
Do you sell more than just sourdough bread? At the moment I am just focusing on sourdough bread but I will expand to other things based on demand and interest. But the focus will aways be to have a healthy slant backed by nutritional science.
Do you give beginner sourdough bread lessons? The intention is to have both online and in person sourdough bread lessons. Stay tuned to this space.
